What's the difference between 1-week trial and full coaching?
The 1-week trial is a low-commitment way to experience what SoulMat coaching feels like-- you'll still get a personalized weekly focus, support via voice/text, and one mini PDF. The full month gives you deeper support, more personalized feedback, and full access to all personalized coaching materials.
What kind of support do I get during the week?
You'll get direct voice message + text-based coaching through an app. I send personalized coaching messages based on your weekly focus, and you can reply anytime. You'll also receive simple, personalized PDFs with prompts, reflections, and action steps each week.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Nope-- memberships can't be paused or canceled mid-cycle. That's exactly what the 1-week trial is for! Try it first and make sure it's a good fit before committing!
What if I'm not ready or I don't have time?
Then this is especially for you. Coaching is designed to meet you exactly where you are, not where you think you "should" be. No pressure to overhaul your life-- just one small focus per week that creates real momentum over time.
Is it virtual or do I have to live nearby?
Everything is 100% virtual and flexible. You'll receive coaching through voice messages, personalized PDFs, and text check-ins-- no calls or Zooms required. You can listen, respond, and reflect in your own time.
Do I need to track my food or calories?
Nope! This is a no-calorie-counting, no-macro-tracking zone-- unless you want to. We'll focus more on how you feel in your body, your habits, your energy, and your relationship with food. If structure helps you, we'll build gentle tools that work for your brain and lifestyle.
Is this only about food and fitness?
Nope-- this is a full-spectrum health coaching. That includes stress, sleep, hormones, burnout, mindset, routines, nervous system tools, and more. Yes, we'll talk about food and movement-- but only in ways that support your energy, goals, and mental health.
