We take things one step at a time.

Each week, we focus on one main shift. That might be digestion, energy, cravings, sleep, stress, or routine.

You will always know what to focus on and will never have to guess what you should be doing.

Support happens through voice and text messaging so it fits your schedule. No Zoom calls.

My Coaching Philosophy

At Soulmat, health coaching is not about restriction or taking things away. It's about learning how to support your body in a way that feels sustainable and realistic.

Through my training with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I learned the concept of crowding out. Instead of focusing on what you shouldn't do, we focus on what we can add in. More nourishment, more consistency, more support. When the right things are in place, the rest naturally starts to shift.

I also believe deeply in bioindividuality. What works for one person may not work for another. Your lifestyle, stress levels, routines, history and preferences all matter. That's why coaching at Soulmat is personalized and flexible, not one-size fits all.

We focus on the whole picture. Nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, mindset, and daily habits all work together. Small shifts, done consistently, create real change over time. This is a space where progresss is measured by how supported and grounded you feel, not how perfectly you follow a plan.

About Me

I'm McKensie, a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Yoga Instructor.

I care a lot about health and wellness, but in a way that feels calm, intentional and realistic. I don't believe health needs to be extreme or overwhelming to be effective. I've learned that the biggest changes happen when things feel supportive and doable, not stressful.

My approach is very intentional and gentle, but still effective. I focus on adding things in instead of taking things away. Supporting your body instead of fighting it. Creating routines that feel grounding rather than disruptive to your nervous system.

Whether I'm teaching a class or supporting someone through health coaching, my goal is the same. I want you to feel like you can do this. That you're capable, supported, and not behind. I'm not here to push or fix you. I'm here to guide, encourage, and support you while you build confidence in yourself. I want you to leave feeling proud of yourself and more connected to your body than when you started.
