How to Purchase Class Packs:
Create Your SoulMat Account
Before you can book a class, you'll need to create your SoulMat account. You can either go to the upper right hand corner and press the profile icon, or select the class / class pack you'd like to purchase and it will redirect you to create an account/ sign in.
Head to "My Registrations"
Once you're logged in, go to the "My Registrations" tab. This is where you can:
Book your classes using your credits
View how many credits you have left
View upcoming class dates
Cancel or reschedule (with at least 2 hours notice!)
*Reminder: Credits are deducted automatically when you book. SoulMat Flow, Ignite, and Recover all use 1 credit.

How long do class packs last?
Drop Ins: 2 months
5-Pack: 2 months
10-Pack: 4 months
30-Pack: 8 months

Can I use my class packs for any class?
Yes! Your credits can be used for any in-studio class: Flow, Ignite, or Recover. Mix and match based on your vibe that day.
Can I share my class pack with a friend?
At the moment, class packs are for individual use only. But tell your friend to come with you and grab their own--movement is more fun together.
What happens if I miss a class?
Life happens. You can cancel up to 2 hours before class with no penalty.
If you no-show:
1st time: It's a freebie--we get it.
2nd time: One class credit will be deducted.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend it! Classes are small and cozy, so they fill up quickly. Booking secures your spot and helps us prep the space just for you.
